My name is Ghassab, I'm a local bedouin who has lived several years abroad before I returned to my home. I speak several languages, work as a hiking guide, am interested in natural healing and physiotherapy and have a training as a nurse. I live in a Bedouin Village few steps away from Little Petra. I look forward to share with you local culture and the way of bedouin living. My house has 4 rooms with capacity 2-3 pax in each of the 3 available rooms. There is a dining room with space for delicious meals and stories to share and a big kitchen, too. One bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. You will feel like at home. The house is surrounded by mountains. We can arrange for you continental breakfast and dinner at a reasonable price. On a typical day I will raise early, drive my Mom to her goats and pick her up in the evenings. In the main season, I will be guiding tourists on hiking trails around Petra. I also have 2 caves in the mountains and some days I stay there overnight. Some days I cook myself, and on some days I get meals from my sister who lives nearby or the community.
