I offer guests a great room with bathroom, double bed, 2 pillows, desk and chair, internet, air conditioning, very well ventilated, bedside table and a place to hang clothes. Preferably for women, but mainly for calm, quiet people, without vices or tendencies, non-smokers. Clean and pleasant bathroom outside the room, with a good shower.

Clear and respectful communication, careful handling of household items, no intimate visits or otherwise. Any questions can be resolved by communication. I have kittens and I love them.
