International Students only No smoking at any kind No guests Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself Please respect our home but feel comfortable Quiet time 11PM -7AM Inform the host if you are going to be late You are expected to clean up after yourself (includes bathroom and kitchen) and clean your Own room. Do not leave any food in the bedroom or in the bedroom garbage No food provided We appreciate and value honesty and cleanliness Laundry runs once a week only
