Important: -Full payment is due at confirmation of booking. -Proof of Government ID (Passport and Study Permit/Work Permit) House Rules: - Be respectful, courteous and considerate with housemates and family. - Maintain space/home in hygienic fashion. - No shoes permitted indoors, only in foyer. - No food allowed inside bedrooms. - Clear dishes after each meal. - No pets due to allergies. - Laundry to be scheduled and discussed. - No smoking, vaping, drugs or cannabis use. - No parties permitted. - No loud noise after 10PM. - No sleepovers/overnight guests allowed. - No visitors for privacy & study purposes. - Please maintain confidentiality throughout stay for safety purposes. - No flushing wipes/ hygiene products.
