This property is located on the northern side of a hill facing the sea, close to cycle way to down town New Plymouth, velodrome, BMX track, shops and buses to town, quite bedroom with tv and own bathroom toilet.

All cook ware is provided to use, dishes must be washed and put away, benches wiped as we will do for you. Room left tidy with bed made.
