This was the original Model Home for lakeside lots in Cypress Point Lakeside Estates. Home backups to a lake with a paved walking trail around the lake. Lots of palms trees and the home sits on 1/2 acres lot. I currently live downstairs and will be available to accommodate any guest 24/7.

Smoking is allowed only outside of the house. Dogs and other pets are allowed, but the Host requires a deposit. The deposit is determined based on the size of the pet. A one-time cleaning fee of $35 will be charged per stay.
