I was born and spend my whole childhood in this house, which was built in 1932 in the residential quarter Zlín-Nivy. In the mansard roof we've recently developed an apartment of 90m2 which we rent to guests from all over the world. The apartment has WIFI-access for free, can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with everything one needs in order to feel like home. The living room/balcony has a wonderful view over Zlín, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD/Radio as well as a library and movie collection for rainy days. The enclosed garden invites for barbecue. The center of Zlín can be reached in 10 minutes walk or in 5 minutes by car or public transport. Zlín was the center of world's shoe production. My parents live in the first floor, speak fluently German and thanks to their diligent studies in the last three years also a good English. My mum loves to bake, thus guests can regularly enjoy her delicious cakes... Zlín is a mecca for all lovers of architecture - who wants to experience the Czech functionalism at the highest level, can't miss it.

Use of the apartment: • The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated to offer maximum comfort. Please use it carefully and if possible wear slippers. • Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. • Please do not throw waste into the toilet. • Please separate waste paper, bottles and other rubbish. • When leaving the apartment please turn off all lights and electronic equipment and close all windows. Damaged windows or furniture, floor damage due to rain will be at your expense. • Please respect night rest between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Don’t be loud and don’t run on high heels late at night. Noise during the night could lead to financial consequences. • Final cleaning is included. However, if you return the apartment in extremely dirty condition, where the cleaning would require more than 2 hours, you’ll be charged 15 € extra for each hour. • Should something get broken in the apartment, please let us know. You won’t get charged for broken objects such as glasses or plates. Your information will help us to replace the broken items for our next guests.
