Large heritage house in the founding neighborhood of Playa Ancha, Valparaíso. I am a painter, I live alone, I have two large, bright rooms. Quiet environment. Common areas, kitchen/dining room, patios, all with good natural light.

Guests must be male. No pets. Quiet. Shared cleaning of common areas (bathroom, dining room, kitchen). The room is cleaned by the guest. The host does general cleaning of the house weekly as well as taking out the trash. Laundry is done individually.
