Apart from our incomparable flexibility to our guests' needs, there are a few more reasons why you might want to stay at our bnb: - Our place has a picturesque, elevated setting surrounded by pine trees. - Peace Corp volunteers usually stay here so you're bound to know interesting individuals with rich stories. - You get first dibs on some Ysagada bread, fresh from my mom's trusty oven. It's the yummy and filling wheat bread that you might see being sold around town. And the oven, too, will keep you toasty during cold nights. - We also coordinate outdoor tour packages, courtesy of Steve, my hubby. I also used to be one of the SEGA guides; I could give you my recommendations on the best routes in and around town.

Suitable for children (2-12 years). Suitable for infants (Under 2 years). Food in the bedrooms tend to invite unwanted "guests" ie the roach and the rodent. To keep these freeloaders from sharing your bed, we advice that you eat in the dining. Besides, there's always room for you at our table :) If you suddenly get the urge to cook up a storm during your stay, you might want to know that we charge a fee for the gas. A plumbing problem can quickly ruin the most pleasant vacay. You can prevent this by disposing things like sanitary napkins in the bin we've provided in the toilet. That way you can flush all worries down the drain! We're a bit on the old-school side and still wash our dishes by hand. Sometimes, we even whistle as we go! You don't have to abide with the whistling, but we'd appreciate it if you wash the dishes after using them. Whilst we do a meticulous pro cleaning between each guest's stay, help us get through with the process quicker and keep the costs down by washing any dishes or kitchenware you have used and putting dirty towels in the hamper before you leave. Take care to separate the plastics and paper from the regular trash. Thanks for helping us protect the environment! We get it that you may want additional guests to stay over. In the event that you want them to, please give us a holler. We're reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible. Everyone should have their own space in a shared dwelling. We respect your privacy. And if it isn't too much to ask, we'd love for you to return the favor and refrain from entering our private quarters. We understand that accidents happen. Keep calm and inform us when they do. Chances are, we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. We'd give you a thumbs up for your honesty! To keep the floorboards squeaky clean and mud-free, we have a no-shoes policy inside our home. We'll lend you comfy indoor slippers if you're not up for walking around barefoot. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no-drug use policy. This is just the law... not so much as one of our rules. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we'd like it a lot if you could switch off lights and other electrical gadgets when they're not in use or when you're leaving the house. Mother Nature will thank you, too. If you want to listen to muzak past 9pm, please think about the others and listen with your earpods or at a lower volume. We'll make sure to mind our noise, too. Unless it's The Band Perry. They're okay to play at any time in all areas of the house :) Being a family home, we also have a no-smoking policy - although you are welcome to smoke outdoors. Once done, we'd appreciate it if you can dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Used filters thrown away carelessly hurt Sagada's geography since they don't decompose as quickly as you think. Got a pet? Shouldn't be a problem... but they would have to stay outdoors with their own leash or travel carrier as there are small children about. You can have them relieve themselves anywhere on the property so long as you bury their "landmines". There's absolutely nothing wrong with good-natured partying, so long as you keep your company under control. Just remember that though it won't come to it, serious complaints about unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.
