We are a family of 4, living in a quiet and peaceful environment. We have two fully furnished rooms upstairs. Shared washroom, each room has built in closet and huge window for natural light. Shared living room and kitchen with highend appliances. Our homestay is close to bus stop, grocery store, park and beach can do biking. 10mins to Durham College, 15mins to Trent University and Ontario Tech University.

No smoking such as vape, weed, drug etc. No visitor or guest sleep overnight. Guest can use the kitchen but make sure to clean each use and keep it neat and tidy. Water and light should be off when not in use.
