Room in shared house with owner. I don't have pets. The room has a TV but the bathroom is shared with owner. The house is 5 miles outside Bradford centre towards Halifax. There is easy access to Halifax and Bradford on the bus route. The Bronte country is very easy to get to from here. A comfy bed and quiet area. There is parking outside the house. I am learning Spanish and the piano.

Check in before 7pm at night. Check out by 11am. No parties, if you want a guest to stay with you the fee is an additional £5.00 per night. Breakfast is help yourself to cereal, toast, tea or coffee. Please if you are cooking, do your own clearing away and washing up. If you lose the key there is a charge of £25. There will be a space made for you in the fridge/freezer. There is parking outside for a car.
