The available room comes with a cozy twin bed, a spacious closet, a dedicated desk, and bookshelves, perfect for studies and relaxation. Beyond your room, you'll have access to our extensive, furnished roof garden, a serene spot to kick back and relax. Located near the Lions Gate Bridge, our home provides quick 15-minute bus access to downtown, combining convenience with comfort. We're eager to welcome someone who'll appreciate and care for our space as much as we do.
Rent Payment Policy Guests are required to pay the first month’s rent and a $600 refundable damage deposit upon arrival. Monthly rent must be paid in full by the first day of each month. Payments can be made by email money transfer or cash. A late fee of $25 will be applied for any rent not received by the 3rd day of the month, unless prior arrangements have been made. If rent is more than 7 days late, the guest may be asked to vacate the homestay. If a guest chooses to leave early after arrival, no refund is issued for the remaining days of the month, and future months require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
