We welcome female students, married couples and married couples with a baby under 2 years as we have a cot available. We are a family of four (hubby, myself and our two children 16 and 11 years) and our two Maltese dogs Penny and Annie. We are NZ Kennel Club Registered Breeders so if you're lucky we may have puppies while you're at our place! Our recently renovated executive home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quite and safe area in Bethlehem, Tauranga. We offer a large bedroom with superking bed, a cot, walk in wardrobe, and own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Our home is open plan kitchen, dining and family room which opens out to a private courtyard patio. A second lounge offers views of the Kaimai Ranges. We are 4.4 kms from Tauranga City, 3kms to Bethlehem Shopping Centre and 9kms (12 minutes drive) to downtown Mount Maunganui with its stunning surf beach. A walk around or up Mauao (Mt Maunganui) is a must-do! Fernland Hot Pools are just around the corner 700mtrs away and we have bus stops just 200 mtrs away. Our family speaks English and our interests include soccer, fishing, hunting, cooking.

A continental breakfast of tea or coffee, cereal and toast is served from 7.30 till no later than 9.30am. Please let us know of any special requirements so we can cater for these as we want you to enjoy your stay with us. Please do not invite other people into our home without prior consent. Check in time is after 3pm and check out is 10am.
