We are a fun family: Mom (me), Grandma and Teenage daughter and our cat. We have a spacious house with a furnished room on the top floor with a shared bathroom (double sinks) with the teenager. We also have a main floor furnished room with a shared bathroom. Both rooms have desks and chairs for studying. Located one block from the bus stop and a 7 min walk to Oakridge Canada Line station. We are all tennis players and love to walk in the neighbourhood. Shops and cafes are a 15 min walk away.
Showers between 8:30am to 11:00pm. No guests Laundry once a week. Quiet would be appreciated. No rules as to when you arrive or leave the house, just be mindfully quiet.
