Bright single room with garden view furnished in a single-family house 5 minutes walk from Parque Polvoranca suburban train station, in Leganés (Madrid) and bus stop 100 meters away. 20 minutes by train from the center of Madrid, to the Glorieta de Atocha in Madrid or the ATOCHA train station and 3 km from the UC3M campus. Very well communicated. Shared bathroom for two rooms of two students in total. There is an exclusive kitchen for students with its own fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and cooking utensils. All supply costs are included in the price. We have received students from China, UK, USA and France before. The treatment is very familiar . We have a large breed dog, very affectionate and playful. We like music . We also do a barbecue in the garden. A deposit by bank transfer of one month is required, which is returned to the guest at the end of their stay. There is the possibility of reserving lunches and dinners.
