My Home is a three bed room semi detached private house. It is very near to the bus stop that takes you into Dublin City. You have a bus service which takes you to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. Our Home is situated in the Lucan area of County Dublin which is in the Dublin South West area. The N4 & M50 is only 5-10 minutes from our house. We have central Heating. The room we have available is in the back of our home. You have a Toilet with Bath or shower available for your own private use. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed with memory foam mattress. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and there is two lockers, One on each side of the bed. My wife and I live in the house. We have a small dog (Marley is his name) We have no children living in our home. The language spoken in our home is English. There is No smoking or the use of vape cigarettes in nor on the property of our home. This includes our front and back garden. Our living room has a TV with comfortable electric chairs. We have a Garden Room with a TV and is very private. There is a washing machine with dryer and a dish washer in the kitchen. We have wifi in our home. We can give the pass word to guest's.

No smoking area in house nor front and back gardens. No use of Vape cigarettes on our property. No inviting other guests to our home under any circumstances. Deposit of 15% must be paid upfront by guest. Not refundable. No noise after 11:30pm.
