To help make your visit as comfortable as possible, here are a few things to keep in mind: • Arrival & Check-In: You’re welcome to arrive any time after 3 PM, and I will be here to meet you. If your arrival time changes, just let me know so we can coordinate. • Payment: Homestay has charged you the booking fee, and the remaining balance is kindly requested within 48 hours of your arrival. If you have any questions about payment or need any assistance, feel free to reach out, this can be done through Paypal. • ID Verification: As part of the check-in process, I kindly ask for a copy of your ID to verify against your Homestay profile. This is just a standard step to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone—I appreciate your understanding! • Respect the Peace: Please be mindful that this is a relaxed and quiet space, so no parties or loud gatherings. • No Illicit Substances or Activities: To keep the home safe and comfortable, drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. • Laundry Hours: To avoid any late-night disturbances, the washing machine is available between 6 AM and 10 PM. • Recycling: If possible, please separate recyclables to help reduce waste. • Kitchen Courtesy: Kindly clean up after yourself in the kitchen, including washing dishes and wiping down surfaces. • No eating/drinking on the White Couch, any damages fees may apply.
