The Duplex has two rooms available upstairs and the host (myself) is in the downstairs area. The upstairs has a shared kitchen & living area, and large bathroom with a spa tub and shower. You are welcome to cook but please tidy up after yourself and leave things as you round them so everyone can enjoy the kitchen and we do not get bugs. There are is a dishwasher, Ninja blender, toaster, air fryer and microwave available to use. Laundry is available for free on Sundays. There is roof access and a back patio & garden area where you can hangout, smoke, and BBQ.

Zero tolerance policy for smoking tobacco within the duplex. The walls can be thin between the two rooms available. Quiet hours are from midnight until 9 am. If one of the tenants has odd working hours please be prepared to be flexible and use headphones when they are sleeping. Locks are provided, but under no circumstances should someone enter another room other than their rental room, the bathroom and shared space in the kitchen/living area. Do not change your address to the location of the rental. I provide coffee and tea. I sometimes leave snacks or fruit out on the table. Laundry is free and basic supplies are available.
