My home is a semi-detached house about 12 minutes walk from the train station. The area is also well served with buses. We are five minutes walk from the beach and also close to shops. There are public bikes at the end of the road. The house is small, comfortable, bright and quiet. I have two rooms. ROOM 1 (1 full-time female, post grad, student or professional) ihas a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table and is available for the academic year/up to 9 months depending on start date. ROOM 2 is small and is available for shorter stays in June and July only. It contains a bed, wardrobe, small set of drawers, some shelving and a fold up table and chair. Both rooms are bright and get morning sun.

Rent paid monthly, in advance. First payment of one month's rent in cash on arrival. A deposit may be requested on booking. This is a quiet, welcoming, happy, house and I expect guests to respect it as my home. The accommodation in ROOM 1 is offered to a mature, full time student or female professional requiring accommodation for the academic year - Sept to June. ROOM 2 is usually available for shorter term bookings - up to three months, or for academic terms Monday to Friday only. Both rooms are currently fully booked - pls refer to calendar. We are mindful of the environment and we recycle, minimise the use of plastic etc., as much as we can. We do not waste power or water or other resources. The garden is pleasant and guests are welcome to share it. Please use kitchen and washing machine and other shared areas/facilities with due consideration for other users. Please do not bring strangers into my home or invite guests without having agreed it with me first. Thank you.
