Calcutta Cottage is on the ground floor of a 60 year old house. It comprises of high ceilings and red floors, giving a heritage look and feel to the property. 3 AC rooms are available for double occupancy booking, each with a private bathroom. Additionally there is a well equipped lounge, pantry and verandah which is for common use of all guests. The property is 1 minute away from the main road.

Some points to note: 1. Every bedroom includes full cupboards, reading lights, luggage & shoes rack and full length mirrors. Extra floor beds are chargeable at Rs 500 each. Only 1 extra bed is permitted per room, aside for the Sofa bedroom where extra beds cannot be accommodated. 2. We provide local Bengali breakfast on certain days. The meal includes homemade chutney (pickle sauce) which is a peoples favourite, (subject to availability). For other days we stack the fridge with regular continental breakfast items which includes eggs. 3. Guests are welcome to use the pantry/ small kitchen with induction stove, electric toaster, aquagaurd, microwave, fridge, crockery + cutlery... major meal cooking is not allowed. Self help for washing cutlery after use. 4. Iron board provided 5. Verandah is the only place for smoking and outside shoes. 6. Guests are requested to present their Govt. Ids at the time of check in. 7. There is a parking provision for 1 car, subject to availability.
