Hello, We are a couple in our 50s and have lived in Paris for nearly 5 years. The bedroom we are offering has a double bed and work area, lots of storage space and an en suite bathroom. Washing machine in bathroom which we also use. You'll have access to a shared living room with balcony and views of the Eiffel tower and kitchen. The kitchen has most mod cons, dishwasher, microwave, food processer, bread maker, sandwich maker, soup maker, slow cooker etc. There is fibre wifi which is plenty fast enough to stream from. TV with prime, apple, bbc and itv. The apartment is calm, bright and quiet I work in Paris Mon-Fri, my partner works from home. We do have a dog but she is very calm, not at all aggressive and worked as a therapy dog in schools for children with learning and behaviour difficulties in the UK (now she's a model for a Dutch petcare brand). 250m from RERC station. 100m from 3 bus routes. 12 mins by train to Champs de Mars RER station

Absolutely no smoking or smokers. no overnight guests. My partner works from home, please keep noise to a minimum as he has frequent work calls and zoom meetings. Please don’t use the washing machine before 7am or after 9pm; consider our neighbours who are quiet and respectful. Mon, Wed, and weekends you’re welcome to eat with us. I'm pescatarian but we generally eat vegetarian. We go to the supermarket most Saturdays, you're welcome to catch a lift with us in the car. We have a cleaner once a fortnight for bathrooms, mopping and dusting. Breakfast can be overnight oats, cereal or toast and jam.
