I'm a senior citizen living a lone in a two story log home on the waterfront facing the Atlantic Ocean, scenic sea island, and winding saltwater rivers and salt marshes.

No eating in bedrooms. Eating allowed in the dinning room and kitchen. No smoking in the house. Smoking permitted on the marsh side porch, sundeck with privacy screen, and yard. Ash trays are provided. Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Check out time is 10 a.m. unless you ask for permission to stay later. Please do not remake the bed. Thanks!
