Colonial house built in 1914, remodeled with wooden ceiling and mosaic floor, consists of a room for rent and two for the family, with interior garden, side corridor that gives access to the rooms, air conditioning (split), hot water and cold, fridge, tv. The room has 2 beds and a private bathroom. In my house, my son, my husband and I live.
