We are a harmonious family and love helping our guests. Our house is located in the heart of Vedado-Malecón in Havana. Nearby, we are close to numerous private restaurants, car rental offices, the Meliá Cohiba hotel that organizes excursions to different places and provinces in Cuba, as well as the tourist bus stop that runs throughout the city and the mini-train that runs along the Malecón to Old Havana. From our house to the Vía Azul interprovincial bus station, it's a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride. We are a 15-minute walk from the Fábrica de Arte, 15 minutes from Plaza de la Revolución, and 20 minutes from Old Havana. Getting around from our house is very easy thanks to our excellent transport links. We speak Spanish, English, Russian, German, and French and welcome people of different cultures, races, and religions. We offer free Wi-Fi with a good internet connection. Coffee or tea is included in the room rate. You can pay in cash upon arrival or with a bank transfer when booking.
- Guests must register with their passport upon arrival at the house. - Payment for the reservation is made by the guest upon arrival. Payment is in cash, preferably in USD or Euros. If payment is made in Cuban pesos (CUP), it will be made at the current exchange rate published on www.eltoque.com. If the guest decides to leave early, we will refund any overpayment. - We offer a light breakfast (coffee/tea with cookies) that is included in the room rate. - Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linens are changed every 7 days free of charge. - We offer laundry service (USD or Euros 5 for 3 kg of linen), payable in cash. - Minibar service (bottled mineral water and beer) is available in cash. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but we are flexible. If the guest arrives early and the room is ready, it will be given to the guest. Otherwise, we can store the guest's luggage. - Check-out is at 11:00 AM, but guests who need to stay longer can pay USD 10 cash as long as the room is not already reserved for another guest. Otherwise, we can store luggage at the property free of charge, but we do not have access to the room. - We assist guests with taxi arrangements to the airport and other provinces once they arrive. - Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. - We do not allow drug use in our property. - We do not allow casual visitors in the room. Only registered guests may stay in the room. - We do not have special beds for children under 2 years old. - We do not have facilities for disabled guests or wheelchair users. - We ask guests to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the room. - At the end of your stay, you must return the room and key, and settle any additional charges.
