Welcome to Casa Delfino, a traditional Cuban Casa Particular located close to the beach and places of interest in the idyllic town of Baracoa in the Guantanamo province near the eastern tip of Cuba. As a family operated bed and breakfast, we welcome you to experience the lifestyle, culture and cuisine of Baracoa with us. Casa Delfino has two rooms available. Each room can accommodate single, double or triple occupancy comfortably. Both have a private bathroom, a shower with hot and cold water and air conditioning for added comfort. We are a warm, friendly and loving family who do our utmost best to ensure that our guests are comfortable. You may arrive as a guest in our home, but by the end of your holiday, you leave as a part of our international family. Casa Delfino offers services and amenities specially tailored to the needs of individual guests. Kindly communicate your needs and expectations to us before your stay. WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM OUR GUESTS As a guest in our home we want your stay to be homey, comfortable and for you to feel at ease when you stay with us. In return we just ask that you show us courtesy, respect us, our space, our home and what we do. It helps us to be the best hosts we can possibly be so that you can have the best possible time while you are in our care. ACCOMMODATION Kindly advise us if you would prefer the Blue or Peach bedroom. We provide clean bed linen and towels for each bedroom and guest. FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT As we plan our day depending on guest’s arrival and departure times, we ask that you inform us of your arrival and departure time. Generally you may check-in and check-out at your leisure. However, should there be arriving guests on your departure day we ask that you vacate the bedroom by 12:00 noon in order for us to prepare it for the next guests. Should the other bedroom be vacant we will permit you to use it and depart at your leisure. MEET & GREET SERVICE Arrive stress free with our Meet & Greet Service at the Bus Station. Please provide your bus information prior to your arrival. Should you require this service for any of the airports an additional charge may be incurred. BUDGET If you have a budget for meals and laundry service, kindly inform us so that we can tailor theses services to accommodate you. MEAL SERVICE Kindly inform us about any dietary restrictions, food allergies, meal budget, preferred time for meals, etc. LAUNDRY SERVICE Should you require this service kindly let us know.
