Jesus Perez Castro’s Casa Particular is located in the historical center of Santiago de Cuba city, at just 3 minutes’ walk from the Central park named after Céspedes, three bank agencies, two exchange houses (CADECA), Casa Granda Hotel, The Trova House, The Cathedral, The City Hall, The House of Music, The City Scale-Model, Don Diego Velazquez’s House-Museum, and other sightseeing places of cultural and historical interest in the city. Ours is a family’s house, in which two guest-rooms are available for rent with thorough privacy for the customers, two air-conditioned rooms, with two beds in each, a wardrobe, a balcony and a big window very aerated. Each one has its private bathroom with cold-hot shower, a laundry place, a minibar, and an entire privacy. The house has a top terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Santiago de Cuba’s Bay and the Historical Center of the city. I can speak English and I have worked on the room-rental business since 2004. Esta es una vivienda de familia en la cual se rentan dos habitaciones dobles climatizadas con dos camas y ventanas grandes bien aireadas y con claridad, balcón, baño privado con ducha de agua caliente, lavadero, nevera (mini-bar), internet. Total privacidad. Desde la terraza de la casa se disfruta de una bella panorámica de la Bahía de Santiago y el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad. Hablo inglés y trabajo en la renta habitaciones desde el año 2004

The owner of the hostel lives in the same hostel so it will be available to the client’s 24 hours a day. 10. The check-out will do at 12:00 noon (if the guests continue the travel past the check-out time, they can leave their luggage in the custody of the hostel owner until the time of continuing their trip).
