Casa Mary is located on Calle Zanja del Barrio Chino in Centro Habana. Thanks to its privileged location it is possible to accede to the Historic Case of Old Havana (10 minutes), to the modernist part of the city that begins in the neighborhood of Vedado (15 minutes) and to the Malecón Habanero (5 minutes) stroll through the Capitol, the Gran Teatro de la Habana, the boulevards of San Rafael and Bishop and Paseo del Prado. In the same area you can find the House of Music of Centro Habana, El Floridita and La Bodeguita del Medio. The house is a typical house from the 40s renovated, 90 square meters, very cozy, perfect for couples, families with children and friends traveling together. The house is spacious, with high ceilings, airy and with lots of natural light; preserves the marquetry, the original hydraulic floor tiles and is rented complete.  It has two spacious rooms with double beds, one with air conditioning and the other with fan, shower with hot water, electricity 110 and 220. There is a very sunny balcony where you can enjoy an early morning coffee or relax with a drink at end of the day. The house is surrounded by many services that will facilitate your stay as markets, shops, banks, hospitals, routes to take taxis and buses, parks with access to wifi, restaurants, cafes, museums and places of leisure and recreation. When staying in our house you can enjoy the privacy of the building that only has two houses and at the same time know the daily life of the city. Your hosts are two friends: Ingrid and Kenya who will gladly welcome, guide and assist you in everything you need during your stay. Taxis and buses only when going out, there are also Hotels and Parks just 5 minutes walk where you can connect to the Wi-Fi and book trips to Viñales, Varadero, Trinidad and other places on the Island. It has public parking in the park opposite and at the entrance of the house.

Method of payment: Once the guest pays 15% to Homestay, the host requests an advance payment via paypal of 100% of the remaining balance of the reservation, after the payment has been made, the booking receipt will be sent to you. Cancellation policies: For the cancellation of the reservation the guest needs to contact us at least 15 days before the day of arrival for the refund of their money. THE ENTRY TO THE HOUSE OF VISITS IS NOT ALLOWED. IF YOU MAKE LOCAL FRIENDS PLEASE VISIT THEM IN YOUR HOME. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE VISITORS ALLOWED.
