Our casa is located in the very lively and authentic district of Centro Habana. Round the corner from the Malecon, 5 minutes away from the Vedado, and about 15 minutes to the Old Havana, our location is extremely central and everything is easily reachable by foot! Casa Doña Rosa is on the ground floor of an early XXth Century building and the room we rent to foreign guests is located at the back of our house, opening onto a very quiet inner patio. Isolated from the hussle and bustle of the city, the white and pale green room is a pleasant hideaway. The room has air conditioning and a private bathroom with cold and hot water.

Air conditioning : the air conditioning is only to be used between 8pm and 8am. Safety: it is extremely dangerous and therefore strictly forbidden to bring any stranger to the flat. Breaking this rule will subject you to immediate expulsion with NO refund from either your stay or deposit. Smoking: we thank you for not smoking in the bedrooms. Smoking is only permitted in the patio. Noise: in respect of other guests and neighbours we recommend and request no music or noise after 10pm. Cleanliness: upon arrival the flat will be clean and tidy an must be left in the same condition on your departure. No food is allowed in the rooms. We inform you that the towels cannot be taken to the beach or any other place. Damages: no special attention is required just a respectful behaviour is expected. Any damage will automatically be deducted from your deposit. Children safety: the house has steep steps and some non secured areas. Keep in mind this house is a home not a public space. All children should be kept under supervision at all times and is the responsibility of the parents.
