Independent apartment with direct access to the street, everything that makes a functional house (basic). Living room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway-patio. The room I am referring to is independent from the rest of the house, it is an annex, so it does not coincide spatially with the rest of the building (which is where my family and I live). A key is given to the guest and they can live their life inside the totally independent room. It is valid to say that the neighborhood has many children who play in the afternoons and make a bit of noise, and that some street vendors also pass by in the morning and afternoon. There is an office building very close. All these elements are minimized with the bedroom that has air conditioning and sufficient hermeticity.
