This cottage house is located directly at a beautiful park and is 10 min walk (alternatively one bus stop) to the next tube station U-Rohrdamm. The room provides a small fridge, two cooking plates and an oven. The main kitchen with dishwasher is for use as well. Since the kitchen is part of my living room it can be used till 7 PM. Towels and bedding are provided. I am easy going and communicative, tidy and quiet and would like to welcome similar souls. Therefore if you make a request pls give me some information about yourself. Thank you Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. Payment is due upon arrival. No check-in after 8 PM.
