House rules For reasons of safety and hygiene in the current situation, the living room will not be a common area. Visits not allowed Smoking is not allowed inside the house, although smoking is allowed on the clothesline. The guest must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that causes well-founded complaints from neighbors, will be grounds for the accommodation to be immediately vacated without refunding the amount paid for the stay. REST HOURS are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day of the week, and any activity that disturbs rest is strictly prohibited during these periods. Damages -The guest is obliged to take care of the furnished room, and any damage or loss that occurs therein will be his responsibility.We are not responsible for the personal effects of the guest or their companions. Arrivals and Departures - Check-in time is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please leave the keys in the room lock as on the day of arrival. A late check-out, unless expressly agreed between the guest and host, may result in the charge of an extra night. Prohibitions Guests are prohibited from: 1. Hosting a greater number of people than corresponds to the maximum capacity set for the accommodation. 2. Carrying out the activity of hosting in the establishment or using it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted. 3. Introducing explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants of the property. 4. Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime. 5.It is forbidden to use, without authorization, appliances that significantly alter the consumption foreseen in the supplies. Such as: fans, air conditioning, cold and heat appliances, heaters, etc. 6. It is forbidden to organize parties. 7. It is forbidden to accommodate animals. 8. The use of the washing machine has a cost of €5 including detergent, except for guests staying for a minimum of one month, which is included in the price of the stay. The oven can be used by guests staying for more than one month.
