No selling or hustling items. • A/C units, lights and TV are to be switched off when away from the residence, fans can be kept on the lowest setting. • You’re expected to leave the room, its equipment, linens and towels in the same condition and in good working order as you found them. • Our home is very secure. Help keep it safe by following all instructions regarding locks, keys and any visitors who you may want to receive, ask us first. You agree to follow the requirements listed in our house manual unless otherwise arranged. • No unregistered guests, no parties and no social gatherings to be arranged with anyone not registered to stay at the property. • If a repair is ever necessary, please allow reasonable timelines.
