Share the house with the owner, a retired medical and publishing professional, a sweet elderly cockerpoo, a lively puppy, a tiny parrot and a friendly cat.

Rent due the first of the month. Leave the kitchen ready for the next person to cook. No overnight dishes. Be kind. Be cheerful. Be present. Be helpful. Communicate early and often. Don't let the dogs out in front. Don't let the bird out at all. Cover the pool immediately. Never leave it open and unattended. Use your earbuds. Guests are welcome, check in with me first.
