Please note that we do not have a water heater.

Smoking is not allowed within the house. If you need to smoke you can do so in the backyard or outside the main gate. We do not accept group gatherings. It is ok for a friend/colleague to visit you, but it should be limited to two people at a time. No parties allowed.
