My house is a ground floor and reverse duplex apartment with a garden in front. 1 lounge, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs. I live upstairs in the living room and I host my guests in the rooms below.

If you're a nice person. I don't think we will have a problem as long as you don't damage the house and belongings. If you smoke, you can easily pass through the balcony door and smoke in the garden because the apartment is on the ground floor.
