Clean and tidy home, only 5 mins walk to station trains to Victoria. Single room with TV. No pets.
No shoes upstairs, no pets. Ensure the property is locked at all times. Ensure all communal lights are switched off when not needed. Ensure all items used in the kitchen are washed or put into dishwasher, after each use The kitchen diner is not available for your use after 8.30 pm. However, you may use the microwave to warm food. Do not hang towels or clothing in the window or on curtain rails. Ensure you leave the bathroom in a cleaned condition, bath/sink/toilet cleaned after each use. No personal items to be kept in kitchen, bathroom or communal hallway. Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Failure to comply with these rules, may result in you stay being terminated.
