Three bedroom, one bath home in central St. Petersburg with off-street parking. My house is not fancy but it is functional and comfortable. Ten minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to beaches. I require two days' notice for a booking. I need to be here and be prepared for your arrival. There is a three day minimum. I'm often gone on weekends so if you request the room you probably will NOT hear from me from Friday to Sunday. If the website closes your inquiry please resubmit. My roommate is a professional sports cameraman. You may never see him.
Must be quiet in the evenings. Must clean the kitchen immediately after use. Keep personal music/TV volume low in your room. I have eclectic tastes in music but it doesn't mean I like all music. The washer and dryer are for my personal use only unless you book for a week or more. Respect the fact that I live in the house and it is not a hotel. Keep your personal space clean. It doesn't have to be neat. LOL
