I live in a basement suite of a house located 8 minutes away from Downtown. There is street parking, and very close to a bus stop. The suite is two bedrooms, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, living room and laundry. There is a huge yard, or there is a field across the street from my place.

Clean up after yourself. The laundry area is shared so after your clothes are dry, please remove them. No pets. If you are wanting a friend over please ask. If you want alcohol you have to provide that yourself. If you are going to smoke, please do it outside and put butts in smoke container. If you cook a meal, please do dishes after.
