Tenants are welcome to eat anytime the food in fridge is complimentary and it is Not a requirement nor an obligation to provide by the landlord. This is a Non smoking no alcohol Muslim Place. We do NOT allow pork products. location is about 5 miles from UCR, it is very close to Bus-line,,minutes to Canyon Crest Town Center , Walmart, Target and Best-buy are about 3 miles, Grocery stores are ten minutes away.
Food in fridge can be picked up by guest anytime, prepared meals are according to guest wishes,room includes a parking on the designated spot on driveway, no visitors except family members, Not responsible for any injuries or slip and fall in the house, no smoking, no alcohol, and no pork products inside the house, family TV room is NOT shared, No eviction on record, must stay at least one month, No weed smokers, Renting is Only for the use of the room not the whole house, all personal properties must be stored in the room rented.
