Downstairs location as you face the house the garage on the right side leads to a separate side entrance to 2 homestay rooms, shared bathroom w/extra towels, linens, compact iron board w/iron etc.,shared kitchenette w/refrigerator, compact double cooktop, microwave, sink, coffee maker, compact oven, rice cooker, kitchen towels, pot holders, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, wifi and stacked washer/dryer. Each guest is totally responsible for their own damage while they occupy their space and the common areas. There is a minimum 180 day stay. This is not a vacation rental for ur information n a homestay n if u want me to speak to u about Hawaii, please let me know during the early evening. In addition I charge a 100$ cleaning fee. If u use the kitchen area to cook n eat, please eat in the kitchen area and clean up after yourselves so we don't attract cockroaches or ants. i am nearby to Waikiki which is about a 5 or 7 minute walk. this is a private residence. There is no a/c, but a fan in your room. Do not eat in your room because the kitchenette area allows you to eat there. No smoking on premises, but at the neighborhood bank parking lot not even a minute away to smoke. Lot of free parking in the neighborhood that depends on the time of day. do not ask me to park on site. As for payment, before arrival, I would like payment by PayPal when u make the booking at my place to hold the place for u n there is no cancellation N No refunds. Do not manipulate me n try to change my rules around. Do not ask me to have overnight guests too, n if u do, u will owe me for the full rate as urself, all the Days that u broke the rules about the other person when this happens; but please don’t let this happen. Please don’t give excuses before u arrived at my place that u were staying earlier at a hostel, hotel or ? Before staying at my place N u have changed ur plans cause of meeting others that have changed ur plans cause it does have nothing to do w staying at my place. Please b in contact w me by cell, email, in person, text or whatever means that u r capable to communicate w me n that goes for me too. We should b good communicators so there is no misunderstanding.
Note: if ur r underage, please read homestay terms n I may have additional rules n the rates will b higher. Please contact homestay! Cov19: because the laws keep changing, u need to abide by the appropriate laws at the time u decide to stay at my place for everyone’s safety. This rule is for any age. No loud noise and Lights out by 10 pm on week nights and weekends out by 12 am. no eating, drinking in your room because you have the kitchenette area or can eat outdoors. no cooking, showering (keep showers up to below 10 minutes), if u have been to the beach to surf or swim, please wash ur sand off in the back yard, no washing clothes or use of the dryer 8 am to 8 pm (you can use it 2 times a week). there is a clothesline in the backyard if you like being accountable of doing your share to prevent global warming. Clean your room once a week or its up to you, clean up after using the kitchen please, clean the bathroom every other week and don't forget to pick up your hair or debris from the shower filter and sink filter after use please, no footwear in house, no pets, guests, parties or infants or kids, no loud noises, free parking on street, do not store much cash and valuables in your room, always lock your room door and entrance/exit door, don't forget to turn off your fan or lights when not in use, this is a local private residence downstairs for Homestay. Try to empty your room trash can every Tuesday and Friday nights and empty it outside in the trash can outside, No illegal activities, be safe and enjoy honolulu and what it has to offer. Smoking is allowed in the neighborhood bank parking lot a house away from my place. Do not ask me to park on the premises, park in my narrow private lane or have a guest to sleepover. Any damage by u, must b paid by u when it occurs. Any negative incidents of any kind while u r staying at my place n to he surrounding property here is totally ur responsibility. U must show me receipt of ur medical coverage before ur day of arrival. Payment to me is made on the day u pay the homestay.com fee to homestay.com their fee n at that time u pay me my fees for homestay to PayPal. Illegal guests, u will pay me for each day that they r found by me on that day at the daily rate n paid to me cash or PayPal.
