Our home is 1 mile away from central York and is in the Fulford area. Our interests range from television to science. We have 1 double bedroom available with Hair-dryer, Closet / Wardrobe, and Mirror. I have a small and very friendly dog, he gets excited to see people when they arrive but once over the excitement he will leave you alone as he mostly likes to sleep and go for walks.
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. The main thing is to remember that this isn't a hotel, it's my home and so please leave things clean & tidy and be respectful. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you No smoking anywhere in the house. We have a dog, if you don't like this then this isn't the place for you, he is a family member and will be here at all times. Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm please, I do work and need to be up early. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! If you use the kitchen, please leave it as you find it, we like it clean and tidy at all times. Please use the bathroom with respect for others using it and leave it clean and tidy, this isn't a hotel, it's our home :)

Though we say the bathroom is shared, we don't actually use it as we have an en-suite in our own room, our visitors that come over may use it but it's quite rare. The bathroom is right next to the room.
