I live on a lovely small farm, a short drive from two country towns. My partner lives in one of these towns. It's a great place to visit because we live in the country,but are close enough (drive 7 kilometres) to shops, drive one hour to the sea ( Phillip Island) , or 1 hour back to the city of Melbourne. The bush and farms are all around us. My house is warm , ( heated concrete slab, air conditioned, double glazed and quiet) with a spare large private guests room at the far end of the house. My orchard is usually dripping with fruit! And the cows might moo hello! We live on a plentiful supply of pure tank water. I also have the luxury of using a wood fired stove and fireplace if desired. Otherwise,we are all electric. ( 4.5 kW solar panels ; grid connected) wifi available.Sustainability is a passion of mine - but so is being comfortable. Very self sufficient!

Please don't adjust heat settings. Assist with fires if asked, the kitchen is yours but leave it as you found it. Respect quiet times after 11 ish.
