I am a special education teacher at an elementary school in Austin, Texas. I have two dogs and live alone in a 3 bedroom house! My community has a shared pool, bike trails, and a new shopping center nearby. Guests in my home will have a private room and bathroom as well as their own living room space as I have two separate living areas.

I only require quite time at 10:00 pm during the week as I wake up early to teach. Guests may have friends over. The backyard will be open to use for entertaining. Laundry room in house may want used as needed.
