Welcome! Our family (us, our 2 daughters and feisty bunny) would love to share our house with you! The house is bright, warm in winter and cool in the summer. We are within both walking distance it a short bus ride to many restaurants, gyms, sports centers, libraries, public swimming pool, cafes and parks. There are bicycle rentals a few blocks away, as well as the arena. Nightlife is about 30 mins away by public transportation as well as many music venues. We will gladly help you find something to do in our city of many activities! we have 1 large master bedroom in the finished basement with nearby bathroom available to guests. This ensures privacy and less noise. There is also a family room in the basement Which will also double as another guest room. if you have any questions, dont be shy.
We try and respect the fact that you are busy with schoolwork by keeping it quiet in the evening, so please do the same. Please leave your bedroom closed at all times and keep all of your belongings on your room as well, there will be a mat for shoes. Please ask before bringing anyone home. You must contact me. You will also get access to the August smart lock and given a key to the house as well. If you request meals:Breakfast foods will be left on the fridge, as are the recommended amounts. You may use the microwave, kettle, rice cooker, waffle iron to cook your meals Please wash and dry all plates and cutlery used. Please keep your area clean and throw out all garbage as soon as possible. There is a fridge in the basement to store your extra food. Rules are mostly guidelines so that everyone in the home remains respected and no one feels left out.
