Solid oak furniture, fresh bedding and towels provided and regularly laundered. I also live in the house, would be happy to welcome you. Upstairs double bedroom has a shared bathroom. Downstairs single bedroom has its own bathroom. No use of kitchen or laundry. I can cater for an agreed fee to be determined by your dietary requirements. Laundry service provided at a cost of £15 per load (washed, dried and folded).
Quiet time after 10pm. No intemperance.
