House rules in the shared space which is the bathroom. Please be mindful of the shared space and clean the area that you use the bathroom area is going to be clean spotless on arrival. Laundry there is a laundry basket inside of your room so all use towels and sheets once you check out need to be put in the laundry basket . Trash there's a trashcan inside of your room as well. Once your trashcan gets full. I want you to take your trash out leaving out the front door on your left-hand side. There's a green garbage can sitting right next to a tree. Parking I want you to park on the black top driveway once you arrive. They're just may be a rope preventing you from entering the driveway. You will have to get out the car unlatched the rope so you can park. Kitchen is available just message me and give me a heads up when you want to access the kitchen. Also, I have cleaning utensils under the sink in the bathroom area.
