Payment Policy: Please note that I require all guests to pay the full amount of the booking in advance. Cancellation Policy: Please note that I ask guests to give at least 1 month's notice for any cancellation. A fee of 25% is require for cancellation fee once you cancelled before arriving homestay or if 1 month is not given as notice to homestay. Unfortunately, any cancellations later than this will not be refundable. No drugs, No loud music, respect others, always remove shoes when coming in the house, cigarette is not allowed inside the house. make sure to clean after using the bathroom and the kitchen. turn off lights and lock the doors when you leave the house. Closed all windows.
