Hello, we have a three bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to a park, groceries and metro station. My name is Francine (29 y/o) I live with my cousin Jhake (31 y/o) we've been welcoming guests in our home since 2022. We don't really have any rules at home except for no smoking, other than that we want our guests to feel comfortable.

Our guests are welcome to use any appliances for cooking and laundry however they are also expected to clean up after themselves. I do not provide any meals but we always share our food when we cook meals. Absolutely no smoking indoors and outdoors.
