Hello, I have a three bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to a park, groceries and metro station. My name is Francine (29 y/o) I can be very social when I don't have any projects or events I'm working on, otherwise I will just be working. Also a little warning, I'm a night owl. I don't really have any rules except for no smoking, other than that I just want my guests to feel comfortable. My home is your home.
Our guests are welcome to use any appliances for cooking and laundry however they are also expected to clean up after themselves. I do not provide any meals but we always share our food when we cook meals. Absolutely no smoking indoors and outdoors.
