We offer a fully furnished private room, shared kitchen and living spaces, and a peaceful, respectful environment ideal for students. Our home is close to public transportation, shops, and schools. 1. Respect the Home - Please treat our home and belongings with care. Keep your room and shared spaces clean and tidy. 2. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to allow everyone to rest peacefully. 3. No Smoking, Drug Use, or Alcohol - Smoking, vaping, drug use, or alcohol consumption is not allowed in the home. 4. No Overnight Guests - Visitors are welcome with advance notice, but no overnight guests are allowed. 5. Kitchen Use - You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please clean up after yourself and label your food items. 6. Laundry - Laundry may be done once per week. Please coordinate your day in advance. 7. Garbage Days - Garbage is collected Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please place garbage in the outside bin the night before. 8. Bathroom Etiquette - Be mindful of shared bathroom time, especially in the mornings. Always clean up after use. 9. Safety First - Always lock the door when entering or leaving, and let us know if anything seems unusual. 10. Respect Privacy - Please be considerate of personal space - both yours and ours. 11. Remove shoes or boots inside at tbe front of the house.
