Visitors must notice to landlord. • Only registered guests may have possession of the key/code at any time. • Don’t eat food at bedroom • Remove all footwear at the door to change a inside sleepers or shoes • Clean the washroom and kitchen after each use • No oily or intensive cooking smoke or strong smelly food allowed • No chemical products such as Deodorizer/ air freshener/ perfume allowed • Garbage and recycling garbage should be cleaned up in a timely manner • Store rice/flour and other food items in a proper manner to avoid attracting any rodents • Please turn off the lights, make sure close the door properly when you leave the house. • Parking is provided by discussion with landlord • Tenants should pay the rent on time. • Notified landlord two months ahead of time if going to move out.
